Terms of Service

Last Updated: 8 October 2026

Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the Darty mobile app ("Darty", "we", "us").

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or using Darty, or by creating an account, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

2. Using Darty

We grant you a personal, non-transferable licence to use Darty for your own, non-commercial purposes. Darty works without an account; everything you record is stored on your device.

3. Accounts

Creating an account is optional. It lets you back up your stats, add friends, share matches, give kudos and comment. To create one:

Each phone's stats belong to one account. You can delete your account at any time in the app (Settings → Account & backup → Delete account).

4. Community Rules

Darty has zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users. In your username, display name, match titles, comments and anything else other players can see, you must not:

5. Moderation, Reporting and Blocking

We filter objectionable words. You can report any comment or player from the app, and block anyone, which hides you from each other. We review reports and act on them promptly: we may remove content, and suspend or delete the accounts of anyone who breaks these rules, without notice. If you see something that worries you, report it in the app or email danrush730@gmail.com.

6. Your Content

You own what you post. By sharing matches, comments or a profile on Darty, you give us permission to store it and show it to the players who can see it, as described in our Privacy Policy, for as long as it stays on Darty. You're responsible for what you post.

7. Backups and Data

Backups are provided to help you keep your stats, but we can't guarantee they will always be available or complete. Keep your phone's data safe, and don't rely on Darty as the only copy of anything important. We are not responsible for the loss of data stored on your device or in a backup.

8. Ending Your Use

You can stop using Darty or delete your account whenever you like. We may suspend or end access to accounts or features, for example if these Terms are broken, or if we change or stop the service. If we stop offering accounts, we will try to give you reasonable notice so you can keep your stats on your phone.

9. Limitation of Liability

Darty is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss or damage (including loss of data) arising from using, or being unable to use, the app. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. The "Last Updated" date will change, and for significant changes we will try to give you at least 30 days' notice in the app or in the update notes. Continuing to use Darty after a change means you accept the new Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
